The event was organized at the initiative of the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce with the participation of the most active members of the organization, including international law firm DCO, LLC and managing company “Formulati” (Construction Project Management).
During an informal meeting over a cup of Finnish coffee the leading experts of law firm DCO, LLC (currently the main focus of the firm’s office in Russia is the support of bankruptcy procedures) told the participants about the prerequisites and signs of the formation of bad debts for executed construction works. Issues concerning the ways of reclamation of problems debts and choosing them, their perspectives, terms and the order of debt relief without tax consequences were covered in a very accessible and comprehensive manner.
The seminar was continued by the specialists of Formulati company who told about the nuances of project management in the field of construction.
